Cat matrix attack?

Ever had a cat do a matrix on you?

Well that's what happened to me. I was walking back home late at night. 11? And I was enterring the basement (shortcut) to go to my house. On the way down the stairs I suddenly saw this cat RUN toward me.

And it didn't stop there; upon seeing me, the cat JUMPED against the wall. I turned around (quickly) and ran back up, falling on my hands as I tripped on my bag's strap. The cat was chasing me. So I ran, and it disappeared. Or was it just running away from something?
