Okay so I guess blogspot is more template friendly.. It allows me to fully customize my template as compared to livejournal, where you have to get a paid account in order to customize the template.. Haha not to forget that there's also a tagboard! (: So tag okay if you visit here.
Okay today got another panic attack! The ties cannot be made / bought in time! We need to look for another tie supplier.. Darn! If anyone has any contacts leave them here ok!
And I was looking through my videos again and I got attracted by this particular video, it's Canon in D by Tracy Bundy. The front part isn't so impressive, but what at 0:24 his interpretation of the Canon "verse" is pretty nice! Until the chorus, because I felt the chorus was too heavy.. Maybe he wanted a style variation, but still I think the chorus part sounded overly "messy", not his playing that's messy, just the way the song's arranged..
After the chorus it sounds quite smoothe! Once again, nice playing here.. With more practice, sure to be able to be played!
Then you get to my favorite part of the song, 2:06. Now, when you come to this part you really have to take your hat off to him. It's amazing how he controls the rhythm and the melody at the same time! The bass notes are palm muted (pizzicato) yet he plays the melody so clearly! And the bass notes are in quavers, without breaks in between. Quite a scary technique! This is clearly impressive!
Then coming to the next section, 2:36, extremely creative and I love the sound of the harmony! Amazing! Not to mention he has very impressive harmonic techniques haha.
Here it is for you to enjoy, Trace Bundy's interpretation of Canon in D. Guitar tuned to DADGAD!
If you want the video comment or tag, I'll email it to you! I got it on my comp as well.
